Every buyer who works with us tells us the same things at intake. What they can spend. Which part of the county. When they need to be in. What kind of property, and what the house has to have.
Travis keeps track of that for the buyers he's working with: price band, part of the county, timeline, property type, the two or three things that are non-negotiable for them. When you register a home here, he reads it himself and compares it by hand with what those buyers are looking for. There's no buyer count to show you, and no buyer's details are shared with you.
If one looks like a fit, Travis calls you, and you decide whether to do anything about it. Nothing about your home goes to any buyer unless you sign a separate written authorization and it has been checked against MLS rules.
Say the honest part out loud
This is done by hand, one registration at a time. Depending on your price band and where you are in the county, a good fit may take a while, and there may not be one.
So this is a waitlist more than it is a matching service, and we'd rather tell you that than let you think we're sitting on a list of ready buyers. Anyone who tells you they have one, on a website, without knowing anything about your house, is selling you something.
What registering gets you today: Travis knows about your home before it's on the market, so if a buyer he's working with looks like a fit, you hear from him rather than from a search result. Registering doesn't commit you to anything. No agreement, no listing, no commitment of any kind.
What we do with it
We hold it privately. Travis compares registered homes by hand with what the buyers he's working with are looking for, including buyers who start working with him later. If one looks like a fit, he calls you, and you decide whether you want to do anything about it. He doesn't share a buyer's details with you, and no buyer hears about your home without your separate written authorization.
We don't market registered properties. We don't publish them, put them on a coming-soon list, or share the address with anyone. If you eventually want your property marketed before it hits the MLS, that's a different conversation with its own written authorization and its own rules, and we'll have it properly.
