Out-of-Area REALTOR® Referral Network
If you're on our network list, we send referrals your way. If you send a client relocating into Chowan County or the wider Northeast NC corridor, we honor that referral with the same accountability.
How It Works
A two-way referral network, not a one-off favor.
Inbound referrals. If you have a client relocating to Edenton, Chowan County, or anywhere across the Northeast NC corridor Travis Old covers, send them our way. We pay standard, prompt referral fees on every closed transaction — no chasing, no renegotiating after the fact.
Outbound referrals. Travis works with buyers and sellers who are frequently moving in the other direction too — retiring to the coast, relocating for a new base or job, or leaving Northeast NC for family elsewhere. Top-producing agents in those markets can join our preferred partner network to receive those referrals directly.
This is a real, working relationship, not a lead-gen funnel. Every referral is tracked, every fee is honored on time, and every client is handed off with the context that got them a real transaction in the first place.
